My name is Venessa and I am a certified personal trainer & nutrition coach. I have been strength training and developing my own workout plans for 26 years. I developed a passion for fitness and strength training the first time I ever stepped into a gym. Having played basketball at the D1 collegiate level, I know what it takes to set & achieve goals.
I have the knowledge and passion to help other people reach their OWN goals. Whether it is overall general fitness, fat loss, muscle building, or nutrition guidance, I will be with you every step of the way. I want my clients to be excited about their journey and to gain confidence in how they look and feel about themselves. I develop home or gym based exercise plans tailored to individual needs. I map out personalized nutrition plans, understanding that everyone is starting at a different place. I work with all fitness levels and all ages. Flexible eating, no dieting, no starving yourself.
